On “Cyber Monday,” Nov. 28, the Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission (CCPRC) will offer one-day only deals on the park systems’ climbing wall, fishing and Move IT passes.

When purchasing from on Nov. 28, the Move IT pass, which is regularly $300 annually, will be available for $150. Annual fishing passes for adults will be offered for $50, which saves up to $30. Senior (age 60+) and youth (ages 12 and under) fishing passes can be purchased for $30 each, for a savings of $10. Annual passes to the climbing wall will be offered at $200, for a savings of $90-$150. Climbing wall passes for youth will be $100, for a savings of $75-$95.

The Move IT pass is a newer CCPRC pass offering 365 days of fitness programs and county park access. Passholders can take advantage of yoga, group runs, stand up paddleboarding fitness programs and other classes at their leisure. Move IT passholders can also take part in various other CCPRC fitness activities at discounted rates. The pass includes individual admission to 12 county parks for a full year.

Annual fishing passes offer free fishing at the Folly Beach Pier and the Mount Pleasant Pier for one year. The annual climbing pass is a photo ID that offers one year of free climbing at the Climbing Wall, as well as free entrance into James Island County Park, where the wall is located.

Current Move IT, fishing, and climbing wall passholders whose memberships have not yet expired can take advantage of the promotion. With no expiration date on the redemption card, existing pass members whose membership may expire a few months from now can take advantage of the promotion and buy early, but may hold onto the redemption card until they are ready to renew.
